I am currently using Storyline 1 and for the last three days I have been experiencing an intermittent problem with my trigger drop-down menus, which is causing a serious delay in my work. Whenever I open up the trigger wizard and try to open one of the drop down menus, the drop down does not open up. I can use my mouse to scroll through all of the options but cannot see all of the options at once. This has happened in a few different courses. I have restarted my machine multiple times. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
I haven't seen that behavior, so I think you're next steps would be to go through the repair of Storyline detailed here and ensure you're on the latest update, Update 8.
