I've got an old Storyline 1 project that stopped working on Win 10. Is there an update/download that will resolve that problem for my users? Where would I get a hold of it. Thanks. ted.hildebrandt@gordon.edu
Articulate Storyline 1 isn't officially supported with Windows 10, and published Storyline 1 courses aren't officially supported with the new Microsoft Edge browser.
If you choose to use Storyline 1 with Windows 10, you may see a UI_AdminRequiredNotice error message. You should be able to fix it by running Storyline 1 with administrative privileges one time. See this article for details.
