I was saving an audio file in a file that has many many audio recordings and Storyline disappeared, literally. When I tried to launch it again it now gives me a "system cannot find file" error message. I shutdown - rebooted system and the message is still there. What is this?

Hi, Alicia -- Thanks for your reply, and yes, I'd advise that you use the steps in this troubleshooting article to fully uninstall and reinstall SL2 to see if that does the trick for you. If you continue to be unable to launch SL2 after that point, I would recommend that you use this form to connect with our Support Engineers directly.

Yes, I am working locally. At this point the software will not launch. I just updated to 2.0 from 1.0 last week. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall.
