Due to migrating from Windows 7 to Windows 10 I had to uninstall and reinstall Storyline 2.0. Pre-migration Storyline 2.0 worked without problem, however post-migration Storyline crashes anytime I attempt to preview the project. This happens regardless of project size. Any idea how to resolve this issue?
You may need to uninstall your copy of Storyline 2 and download the latest update as stated here.
If the issue persists after installing the latest update - you may want to upload a log file to the support team. You may follow the steps mentioned to this support article.
Thanks for the feedback and resources Joseph. I'm not sure if uninstalling and reinstalling will solve this issue, but I'll most certainly give it a go first thing tomorrow morning. I'll follow up w/ this thread as soon as I'm able.
Just a FYI, uninstalling and reinstalling Storyline 2.0 seemed to do the trick. I'll need to do further testing to make sure the issue is indeed resolved, but I'm able to click Player and/or Preview and Storyline does not crash.

Hi John,
I found a thread which talks about Sotyline 2 and Windows 10. Please refer to A. Thompson and Ashley Terwilliger's posts.
