I was wondering about this myself. Can't really see the point of future proofing on an upgrade info note for an iOS app. I think it sounds more like a department was ahead of another. There's no telling when Apple releases an app for download and if I'm right there will be an announcement perhaps this week. Also found a Tweet which points to #Storyline2, which has now been removed. I guess we'll see if it's the next version or not pretty soon.
