When you publish to a CD (for students who do not have access to the internet), I assume the interactions do not work. Does it just show the screen without the interaction text?
By "interactions" do you mean Engage elements you've included in Storyline? Those should work in your publish to CD version - if you've imported them from Engage directly following these guidelines.

Ir produces a fully functional course the only difference is you cannot track it
