I have bought a new laptop with Office 2016 installed.
NONE of my published Storyline programmes will open - I just get a blank webpage. This means dozens of my client programmes have suddenly become inaccessible!!
Can someone explain this? How do I remedy this as I could access programmes perfectly on previous laptop??
in which browser are you viewing your storyline courses? Locally or on a LMS/homepage?
And I don´t think it has anything to do with your Office version but with maybe a newer Windows version. For example your storyline 2 content is flash based and this could not be shown correctly in the new Edge (former Internet Explorer) browser. Flash is not supported in many browsers anymore and with flash dying in 2020 you should consider transferring to hmtl5 anyways (via the new storyline 3/360 publishing possibilities).

Hey Sam! Building on what Susi suggested, Viewing your courses locally doesn't always work. If they are hosted on a web server or in an LMS, they should still be ok.
Do you have them hosted somewhere? Happy to help work through this one!
