Storyline 2 - Am I nuts? Where's insert "BUTTON"

Just starting with SL2 and I can't find the "insert button".  In SL1 I loved how all the trigger choices came up with INSERT Button.  For an infrequent user, that made building all the triggers EASY. 

Is it still here somewhere?
