We're using Storyline 2, and since about mid-January we've been having trouble with our projects hanging up for around a minute or minute and a half when we try to exit preview mode. We all work on the c:drive and follow other best practices.
Our IT department finally started working on the issue today, and I was just wondering if anyone has run into this issue and give us some insight. It appears to be network related, since when I use my laptop offline from our network & no internet, Storyline 2 works just fine.
We may end up submitting a ticket to Articulate support, but I was hoping someone else had some tips or insights I could pass along to our IT support technicians.
I'd agree that you should open a support case about this one, especially since the repair didn't help at all. You'll be in good hands with our Support team! Be sure to let me know your case number so we can follow along. :)

Another note - our IT department has done a repair reinstall of SL 2 already and that hasn't helped. :(
