Storyline 2 and Storyline 3 Installed At The Same Time - Problems?

Storyline 2 keeps crashing on me. I've reported the problem to Articulate technical support and my employer's technical support as well. It's a message that states "Articulate Storyline 2 has stopped working".

I almost never received this message on Storyline 2 prior to installing Storyline 3.

Is there any chance there is a connect here -- that the Storyline 3 installation is having a negative impact on Storyline 2?

Hi PJL and Les. Im sorry you've run into crashing issues, but working with our Support team is the best option for that! 

PJL, Do you have a case number handy? I could follow along in your case as you work with our team.

Les, If you'd like to start a case too, please reach out here. Our team will send you directions to pull some errors logs in addition to other troubleshooting steps. 

Personally, I have Storyline 2, 3 and 360 installed on the same machine and haven't experienced any crashing issues. So they all can and should work together!
