I have the latest versions of Articulate Storyline 2 and have recorded/imported audio using Audacity (saved as both .mp3 and .wav files). Upon publishing, if the learner attempts to view the course on an Apple device, the audio sounds distorted (robotic/terminator like). When viewing on a PC, it sounds great. Apparently this has been a known issue for some time when publishing as html5, but what are the work-arounds? Completely frustrated and considering going back to Adobe Captivate. Help as this audio issue degrades the quality of the project to unacceptable.
We'd want to take a look at your .story file and know what Apple devices/iOS you're using and what update of Storyline you're using? There have been some previous audio issues fixed in recent updates of Storyline as per the release notes here.
