I'm sorry you've run into a number of issues the last couple days, and let's try to get that figured out so that you can go back to working normally!
Based on the image you shared, I'm not clear what is broken in Chrome, but I did want to start with some general information and next steps to confirm behavior and then next steps. First, can you confirm that you're using the latest update of Storyline 2, that'd be update 11? You can check by going to the Help tab -> About Articulate Storyline and you'll see the update number listed there.
Also, what Chrome version are you using? Do you know if it's viewing the Flash or HTML5 output that is causing the problem? There are some known behaviors of Chrome where they've started blocking Flash outright, so you could follow the steps here to allow it or refer to the HTML5 output.
If you're still having difficulty, can you share a copy of your .story file with our team so that we can take a look and then we'll do some publishing and testing in Chrome as well. You can upload a copy of the file with our Support Engineers here.

Next, when you're publishing the content you'll want to confirm that you've published locally and then uploading the content to your intended publish environment (such as Web or LMS).
