I have just upgraded from the trial version after two weeks of testing. However, I only see that I only have character after the full upgrade. Is the full version supposed to offer more or am I just miss informed.
Did you purchase via the site for $1398? If so, you should also receive the volume 1 character bundle. If you didn't receive an email with that information, please contact support.
Mike, actually my IT guy brought the upgrade and he updated the trial version I was using. I don't know if there is a different from doing it that way and the way you mentioned. I will asked him if he recieved any email for the bundle.
