I am trying to publish a file to use with our LMS. Once I select publish to LMS and the file starts to upload and SL2 closes. I also tried to publish to CD and get same result. If I publish to Word it works fine. Can someone help me in getting it to publish?

are you working from your local drive? If working from a network, external or usb drive there could be issues.
You could try a repair of Storyline
Happy to publish for you if you want to upload the file - just use the grey 'add attachment' button at the bottom of the post.
