I am having issues with Storyline 2 when I try and publish. Publishing starts, when it is almost finished ("optimizing Images" is where is usual gets to) it closes SL2.
I ran into this yesterday multiple times on two different files. I came in this AM - was able to publish one file twice. Was trying to make some corrections - and third time I published, it closed again. Frustrated is not a strong enough word! Any ideas?
I work all files from my C drive - NOT NETWORK drives.
Hi there, Stan. That is really frustrating. My first recommendation (if you haven't already done so) would be to run a repair of Storyline since this is happening on several files. If that doesn't do the trick, I'm wondering if there is a memory issue that we can help investigate. Our support engineers are really great at working with you on specific system issues, so I wouldn't hesitate to have you submit a case.
