Our Storyline 2 training package is being published as a SCORM 1.2 file and the tracking is registered as 'complete/incomplete' (I've tried changing this to the number of slides the user gets to and when they complete the training).
However, on the LMS system they remain as 'incomplete' or 'in progress'.

In addition to the suggestion Sheena has shared, I wanted to ask if you are finding the same behavior when you test your course in the SCORM Cloud, as it is the industry standard for LMS testing. Hi Frances,
You need to refresh the LMS score page after you have completed the testing part. Then you need to verify and publish it.
