Storyline 2 course videos not loading on Android 5 or higher

Hey all,
I've come across a problem with a published course in Storyline 2, where none of the videos in the course will load. The strange part is that it loads on Android versions below 5, but won't work after.
This issue has been replicated on the following devices:
Galaxy S4 (Android 5.0.1)
Nexus 5 (Android 6.0)
Galaxy Tab 4 (Android 5.0.2)
Nexus 10 (Android 5.1.1)
This issue was not seen to occur on the Galaxy S3 (Android 4.3) or the Galaxy Tab 3 (Android 4.4.2).
Attached is a screengrab of my publish settings for LMS. The videos are all mp4 format. This course is also supposed to be run on IOS, but there were also no issues running videos on that.
If anyone can give me any advice, or even a lead on what to work for, that'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Wilfred!
You mention LMS. Are you able to replicate the behavior if you upload the content to SCORM Cloud or is the issue limited to your LMS?
If you are able to replicate and you are viewing in a supported environment, we would want to take a look at your .story file.
