StoryLine 2 Crashes on a question

Hi,
One of clients across their network are using Windows Server 2008, using Google chrome with flash v23.0.0.207.
Most of the users are able to do all the questions and submit, on some of the PC's they are able to complete a couple of questions then one a question they can select the option and once pressing submit the plugin crashes, you cannot press submit or change the option selected, we reload the page, it asks if we would like to carry on where we left off and again we select an option and press and it crashes,
Please assist me with what I could look for to find the issue or if there is already a know reason for the crash?

Hi Carl, sorry to hear you've run into this trouble. Have you done any comparison testing (via SCORM Cloud) to see if the issue is due to the course or limited to your LMS? You can review the directions here to help you go through that testing.
