Storyline 2 - Embed video problem, need assistance.

I have searched through several previous discussions, but cant find anything regarding my issue.
I am trying to embed a video into a Storyline 2 course. Video is from my University's internal .tv channel. I have tried to embed, but keep getting the above screen. Embed code looks completely fine - and don't normally have this issue with youtube or vimeo videos.
Any help/suggestions would be appreciated. When I upload the video file directly to the course it makes the course way too large - even in a compressed file.

Are you testing locally (on your harddrive)? If yes, then the video is likely blocked by your browser's security settings. Upload the published content to some server and test again.
