Storyline 2 error in LMS

I sent some published packages to an existing client for publishing in their LMS (LearnUpon). This is a process we have done close to a hundred times before without issue, but the files I sent yesterday prompted the following error:
"We failed to upload the zip, as we did not find a manifest. Are you sure imsmanifest.xml or tincan.xml is in the root of your package/zip, and not in a subfolder within your zip?"
I have confirmed that the imsmanifest.xml file is apparent when you open the zipped folder, per usual, so I'm not sure what the problem suddenly is. Any suggestions or advice?

If you've been following the same process and it works and you are confident they are uploading the published zip you could try testing in Scormcloud (Industry standard LMS) - if it works in Scormcloud it may be a setting or something that has changed in the LMS - the admin would need to followup on that.

It loads fine in ScormCloud and tells me that my manifest looks great. I just wondered if anyone here had experienced something similar.
