Hello! I'm hoping beyond hope that someone will be able to help...
My Storyline 2 was working perfectly until this morning. Now, every time I click Publish on any file, the progress bar gets to about halfway before just completely exiting - no error pop up, nothing. Partial files are saved on my local drive.
It's happening on every file I try to publish - it won't even publish a brand new blank 1-slide course. I've tried restarting my computer and importing my project into another file, but nothing is working. I've requested that my IT department reinstall the software, but until they pick up my request, is there anything else I can try?
Since this problem started recently and isn't specific to any one .story project file, it sounds like maybe there were some recent changes to your machine that have contributed to the problem--perhaps a silent update from IT of some kind.
A reinstall (we call it a Repair) is a great idea, and if that doesn't do the trick, we'd love to hear about it.
