A few of my co-workers and I are having a problem publishing. Sometimes when we publish, Storyline 2 will just hang and not do anything. We have to end the task, reopen our story and try again. We are on Build 4. Any suggestions?
Can you confirm you're publishing to a local drive as described here? Also, if this is happening with all your files, can you look into conducting a repair of Storyline as detailed here.
Have you tried following the steps listed here? And I also want to just confirm that you are working locally with these files. Is this happening on every file? If not, is there any consistency as to the files it happen with, such as publish settings, what type of computer you are using etc.
Thank you Emily and Ashley for the tips. Yes, we are absolutely publishing from the local drive. The steps you listed would require a little bit of work since we do not have admin rights on our machines. We will watch what is happening closely and then get support for the steps you have share if necessary.
