Storyline 2 hangs when trying to publish

Hi Guys,

I have a Bootcamped Mac and use the PC side. Storyline 2 was working great but recently when I try to preview or publish a project my system crashes. It goes black with the blue box in the middle. I use 64 bit Windows 7  Professional with Service Pack 1. I uninstalled Storyline and re-installed it a few times and I restored the system to before I installed Storyline. 

I searched for "crashed" and got this response...   http://www.articulate.com/support/storyline-2/issues-addressed-in-the-latest-articulate-storyline-2-update

Are some of these issues causing mine?

Is this happening on every file? You will want to make sure that you are using the latest update of Storyline, and also follow the repair steps I linked above. If you continue to see this issue, you can also reach out to the support team so they can get some additional information from you.

I think I do, but I will download this one on the link and see if it helps. It may be related; but the one I have on my desk has the 8 characters but the one at home only has one character. If the download that you mentioned doesn't help, I will email support.
