I have the latest version of Storyline 2 and am publishing a course with HTML5 output, and it shows up on every browser I've tried, including Safari on my PC, but on my iPhone (and on the Apple devices of my client), the only thing that displays is the course player... Audio plays but there's no other content. The client is getting frustrated quickly. Any suggestions??
I believe the issue is solved after I downloaded and ran the Articulate update tool. What's odd is I had already updated Storyline 2 to the latest version so I don't know why the published output wouldn't have been updated already. Not sure why the tool found anything to fix.

Hm, that is odd. You re-published the file after updating Storyline?

Yes, I republished after updating to the latest version of Storyline 2. Then when I ran the update tool, it said a file needed to be updated.
