Hi, Yuliana -- So sorry to hear of your troubles and thank you for contacting us! Would it be possible for you to share a screenshot of the specific error message you are receiving? And may I ask if you are also following the steps listed here for Importing Slides from Microsoft PowerPoint?

Please also confirm that you are working locally as described in this article, Create, Edit, and Publish Articulate Storyline Courses on Your Local Hard Drive, and just say the word if issues persist! :)

Hi, Yuliana -- Thank you for sharing that image, and as you can see over here in a discussion regarding a similar error message, it's possible your file could have become corrupt.

However, there may still be a working version of your PowerPoint project in your temp files. Here's how to check:

1) Open this folder in Windows Explorer: %appdata%\Articulate\Powerpoint

2) Scan the contents of this folder for a file that starts with the name of your project. If you find one, copy it to your desktop. If you find more than one, copy the latest version to your desktop.

3) Change the file extension of the copy on your desktop from *.tmp to *.pptx.

4) Double-click the file to open it in PowerPoint.

If you are able to recover the file, then you would want to use the Importing Slides from Microsoft PowerPoint steps noted here to attempt import once more.

Here also is great article on ways to avoid corruption in the future. Hope that helps! :)
