Strange issue here. We are publishing to HTML5 for all of our Storyline objects. Recently we noticed an issue with a few of our embedded videos so we found a solution to the issue, we would just create web objects that "Show" in a new browser window. This worked until recently when our developers went back to make a minor modification, now the video does not "Show" when you visit the page BUT it does "Show" when you re-visit the page.
Our developers are running Storyline 2 v. 7 and we have tested the objects in all browsers and it works fine, except on an iPad at iOS v. 9.1.

Are you viewing the HTML5 content on this device utilizing Safari, which is the supported browser as you can see here?
If you need our team to take a look, and since it is a specific environment to compare, I would advise submitting your .story file here.
Yes, we are using Safari on the iPad. I have submitted my Storyline for review. Thank you.

Just popping in to update, looks like Kimberly's issue was related to the pop up blocker and she is on her way to resolution :)
