I have designed some interactive video slides which require pausing the base layer. This was working very well, but seems to be failing during preview now. I can't think of any reason this problem has surfaced, nor can I think of a solution. Help!
Have you tried to view this in a pulished format? Are you using HTML5, or flash for your output? Also, is this just a basic slide, or is this a question slide?
You could share the file here for us to take a look.
Hi! I figured out the problem: unless my media began at the start of the timeline, the "pause base layer" function on my other layers wouldn't pause it. I had to build in some lead time on the video and start it at the beginning of the timeline. This was a basic slide, but my guess is that any slide would function similarly.
