I have a layer with several screen recordings on it that should start when the base layer time line ends. I see the initial image, but then the screen goes blank except for a round information icon. Does anyone have ideas on how to solve this problem?
Thanks for your question. It sounds like maybe Flash is crashing(the round information icon) during the preview. Our software relies on Internet Explorer's Flash Player to handle some functions like that of previewing.
Do you have any similar issues with other files? It might be best to submit a Support case so that we can take a closer look.

could you share the unpublished .story file? that way i can see what is happening and possibly fix it.
