Storyline 2 lessons super small on Android in portrait orientation
Apr 26, 2017
I've seen some old threads on this, but I can't tell if my issue is the same as a couple of similar ones from years ago.
I have lessons published from the latest Storyline 2 update (11), playing on an Android 6.0 ASUS tablet in Chrome 46. The lessons are published to display at the user's current browser size, and they work fine in landscape mode, but in portrait, they frequently shrink down to teeny teeny in the middle of the screen (see screen capture).
We're on a Seertech LMS, and we've encountered some other issues with their player, but we haven't been able to figure out this behavior. I've tested a lesson on SCORM Cloud, and it presents fine in portrait and landscape.
Any intelligence anyone has to offer on this? A solution? :)
Thanks in advance!

Your description suggests the frame created by Seertech LMS is really, really small. Try pointing your browser to the SL course directly and see if things work as expected. LMS type systems work by creating a window for the course, then load the content into the window. Good luck
Oh, yeah. It works fine outside the Seertech player, including from SCORM Cloud. I just know that Moodle has presented some known problems, so I thought I'd check the hive mind.
Thanks!
