Storyline 2 Licenses
Sep 21, 2017
This may be a strange question, but I have two separate Storyline 2 licenses for two separate clients I am working for. Can I have two instances of Storyline with separate licenses or do I have to Deactivate one license before I can add the other one. I didn't want to be developing for a client using the other client license.
When I launch Storyline, it already has client 1's license. I don't see how to update with the new license I just received.
Thanks!

Hi Kimberly,
Try creating a new user log in for your computer and log in with those credentials. If I'm not mistaken, Storyline will then allow you to activate the other license.
Let me know if it works.
I assume you are not using your license, but the client's "second seat".
Start the version you want to use, then from within it open the .story you want to modify.
Hi Kimberly!
The Articulate End-User License Agreement entitles a single user to use Articulate software on a maximum of two computers, such as a home computer and work computer, or a desktop computer and laptop computer.
If you'd like to install the software on additional computers or would like more than one individual to use the software, you'll need to purchase additional licenses.
You can review the full terms of our license agreement here.
Walt was sharing information about Articulate 360 and Team Seats and this does allow the swapping or reassigning of seats for different users.
