I keep getting a message "The file "branch_support_story" is being used by another process or you do not have the proper security permission to access this resource. I have rebooted twice, closed Storyline 2 in My Task manager, and am not sure what to try next.
Prior to this, my computer froze with this project open. But I am the only with access to work on this, so I am sure that no one else is in it.
Thank you. I am working from a network drive. I have since saved it to my desktop. Unfortunately, we have not completed any updates to the software in over two years and I am not able to import any type of item.

are you working locally (recommended) or from an external/usb/network drive (this can sometimes cause issues)
Have you tried creating a new project file and importing the slides in or copying the file and renaming it?
