Hi, I'm using Windows 7 with Storyline 2. I set my task bar to auto-hide, but Storyline 2 won't allow the task bar to pop up. I have to minimize Storyline to access my task bar.
Thanks for reaching out here and sorry to hear you've run into this. It is something that we've shared with our Quality Assurance team as an issue and it does seem to be specific to placing the task bar in auto hide or at the top or sides of your screen (vs. the bottom of the screen) and I've seen it mostly with Windows 7 users. I'll include this thread in the report filed with our team so that we can update you here once there is additional information to share.
Was there a solution to this problem? We are having the same issue using Windows 10. I found a workaround when I turned off the task bar property 'Automatically hide task bar in desktop' BUT I'd prefer not to have that turned off as I do like that feature on my desktop.
Sorry to hear that you've run into this issue as well. Thank you for chiming in to share your experience and thoughts on this.
Since this was posted, we do try to track issues better based on user impact. I do not have an update or solution to share, but thought it may be helpful to share how we handle reported bugs.
Aye, I'm having the same issue with Windows 10. I use dual monitors, and always have to select a task bar icon on the second monitor when running Storyline. This works OK, but I don't have to do that with any other applications. It's just an annoyance

Hi, I agree with Gerry this also happens in Windows 10 Storyline 360, on dual hires wide screens.
Only happens in Storyline, no other apps have this issue.
