Storyline 2: Not submitting score to LMS
Oct 19, 2017
Hello everyone,
I have set up a non-linear course using the following resource: https://vimeo.com/145578801
I am able to publish successfully (using Storyline 2) and then upload to my LMS (Docebo 7.2). I am able to go through the course and everything seems to be okay, except it never completes (I'm just told it's in progress by my LMS). I've attached the .story file for your review.
In addition, I've set up a bare bones Pick One interaction just as a test and that completes successfully in my LMS. I've attached the .zip file for that.
The triggers in both look exactly the same, but somethings not right and I think I've been staring at this for too long. Could I ask one of you (with a fresh set of eyes) to take a look, please?
Many thanks in advance!
Jimmy

Hey Jimmy
I just published your file and uploaded the zip to Scormcloud (Industry standard LMS) - and it completes successfully there. That would rule out the issue is with SL and you'd look to the LMS admin to help troubleshoot.
Hi Wendy!
Happy Friday and thank you for your help! Following your advice, I tested the same file in our soon-to-be retired LMS (since we still have access), and it worked. My tester was able to complete the course and, better yet, get credit for it.
I am escalating this with our current LMS' administrator.
Thank you again and have a great weekend!
Best regards,
Jimmy
Great news Jimmy that you've isolated it to the LMS - all the best with your project!
Hi Jimmy,
This post is a little while ago, however I was wondering how you solved this with Docebo.
I have a similar problem with the number of attempts and completion status of my scorm 2004. 3rd edition file. Docebo however has a hard time helping me out.
I hope you might clarify your solution to me, it would be of great help!
Best regards,
Roos
