I published a training using Storyline 2 and a few people who are using Macs are having issues. They can hear the voice over but there is nothing on the screen. I have tried versions uploaded in our LMS and online and neither works. Any idea what the issue could be?
Did you publish to Flash without an HTML5 backup? I can't remember what all the options are in SL2, but Mac probably won't run anything with Flash on it (SWF files) because of the whole security thing around Flash files.

Courses published from Storyline 2 will continue to work if theHTML5 output was included. Web browsers will ignore the Flash content and display the HTML5 version instead.

Yes I did have HTML5 checked. I will try to publish without and see if that works. Thanks for your help!

However, HTML5 output from Storyline 2 will only work in Chrome and Safari. It won't work reliably in other browsers.
