Before we start, I'm aware that Windows phones are not supported. However, I've experienced a strange display issue that seems to do with the LMS pop-up window.
Whilst testing some content on a client's LMS (Skillcast Click & Learn), most mobile devices display content fine (576x1024, portrait). On a windows phone, the content is pushed the right so 4/5 is visible, and the last 1/5 is hidden. It seems like the pop-up window has extra padding. Has anyone come across this? Is it likely to be LMS related, rather than os/browser related?

You could test the LMS specifics of this by uploading to a site such as SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for LMS testing. This article will walk you through how to test there.
Hope that helps get you started and perhaps others in the community will be able to weigh in regarding the Windows phones.

For anyone that is interested, Windows phones with 8.1 & above work on an LMS, but the user experience is quite poor due to the phone's design.
