Storyline 2 Paragraph Formatting changes by Computer

Have a new laptop and notice that paragraphs appear to be formatted differently than on old laptop. But, when I check the paragraph formatting, it's the same.
Why is the appearance changing? Old is a Samsung running Windows 7, new is a ASUS Zen book running Windows 10. Have had issues getting storyline to render properly on the new laptop - have had to adjust settings, etc.

any idea on having to fix this? It's time-consuming and annoying to have to re-format every slide in this project.

Couple of things is your new computer DPI set to 96? Is the font installed on the new machine?
yes, it's Calibri the default font.
this monitor is set to 1920x1200
the "Change the size of text, apps, and other items..." is set to 100%
Don't have a DPI setting.

okay, uploaded files from both computers. They're identical so I imagine they'll look the same on your machine, but maybe not.
Note: there's 2 separate case number since I had to upload from separate machines.

Was this resolved? I am having the same issue on a Surface book. Not of my custom bullet formatting seem to stick. Retna display and multi-monitors causing major issues with storyline. I have to keep redoing the formatting.
Hi Glen,
Storyline 2 still needs to work with a DPI setting of 96. With Storyline 3 and Storyline 360 we were able to implement a fix to allow it to work better on the high resolution monitors.
If you're using a dpi setting different than 96 it can cause issues with how things appear on the slides and in the Storyline 2 interface.
