I've been working on this WBT course and deactivated my version of Storyline2 from my desktop, activated on my laptop to work on it from home. I came back to the office, reactivated on my desktop and now previewing scenes or slides only brings up grey background from my chosen player options. Anyone have any ideas?
Another thing that's weird. I'm opening old versions of project and other projects and it says it's a recovered file, which they are not. Preview doesn't work for older versions and other projects either.
Thanks for reaching out here. This is something that seemed to bubble up over night with a recent release of Flash player and our Support engineers are hard at work on this issue. We've got some updated documentation here and a workaround and we'll keep folks posted on any additional information once we've got information to share.
Good news! Adobe and Microsoft have fixed the Flash Player bug that broke many applications just before the new year, including Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Articulate Studio.

Thanks so much for the quick response.
Hi Craig,
Adobe and Microsoft released information that Windows 10 and 7/Vista have been updated.
Install the latest Windows updates to resolve it.
We're waiting for additional information in regards to Windows 8.

Here's how to install the latest Adobe/Microsoft update so you can preview your e-learning projects, edit videos, and launch CD-published courses again.
