I have a Storyline 2 course (converted from Storyline 1) that is not returning a "Passed" status to the LMS upon successfully completing the final quiz.
I am currently testing the SCORM 1.2 course in SCORM Cloud, with the published settings set to "Passed/Incomplete". The tracking completion option is set to "Track using quiz result". Upon completion of the course, the final score is being sent, but the LMS is still returning a status of incomplete, and a success status of "unknown".
I'm not sure if this is a bug or I am missing something really obvious, but I would really appreciate any help or insight into the situation!
Here is a link to my most recent debug log if it is helpful to anyone. I can't gather much from it other than the fact that the course is not returning a complete status.
If you are tracking via Quiz Result and Passed/Incomplete, we would expect a status of incomplete if you are not passing the quiz parameters that you set. Are you 'failing' the quiz when you see this?

Thanks for the reply Leslie. In this certain course the Mastery score is set to 70%, and I achieved a passing score of 90%. I've tested the course with trying to pass the quiz getting anywhere between 70-100%, but still had no luck unfortunately.
I've been able to have success getting a completion status if I select the "Mastery Score Overrides Lesson Status" under the Compatibility Settings in SCORM Cloud. Unfortunately though, the LMS that we are using to host the course (Success Factors) does not appear to have this option available.
I'll keep trying with the suggestions referenced in the link you sent me, but I think I might just submit a support case if all else fails. Either way, thanks for the link and replying so quickly, it's much appreciated!
