Hello: I am using the try again option on each quiz question in my current elearning. The problem that I am facing is that when a user attempts the question and gets it wrong, it will ask them to try again. However, it is not clearing out the answer selection that they had originally made. Is there a way to do this? I have tried setting the Slide and slide layer properties to Reset to Initial State. I don't want the user to see what they had already selected, I am look for the slide to "refresh" with the question and all the answers blank.
Would you be able to share your .story file for us to take a look? Reset to Initial State is good if you are jumping back to the slide typically, but not for all question types so it may be better to take a look at what you are working with.
