Storyline 2 - Quiz results printing issues

Hi all,

 

I have some employees who are able to print their quiz results when they click the print button from a published course (on our intranet) and some that just get a blank screen that opens.  Anyone else have similar issues?  I am not sure why some can and some can't?

Hi, I have the same issue within storyline. After publishing for LMS, WEB and CD, it's possible to print the results in the LMS and CD versions, but the WEB version don't work. Before printing the results you have to fill in your name first. After fill in a namen and click OK nothing seems to happen. The pop-up box disappear and your back on the resultpage. Frustrating.

Thanks everyone - it appears the employees were viewing in "compatibility mode" which was preventing the  results page from showing all the content.  We were able to change their view and have them print the results again without retaking the quiz - however this did not show the individual questions.  Lesson learned!   Thank you!
