I'm experiencing problems seeing detailed quiz results in SABA LMS for Storyline 2 quizzes when quiz banks are used. Results display if IE is used but if Chrome or Firefox is used, detailed results are not displayed in LMS. Publishing in 360 corrects the issue, but not all quiz authors currently have access to 360. Any advice information is much appreciated.
One helpful way to nail down the source of the issue is to test the course in another LMS, like SCORM Cloud. That will tell you whether the issue lies within your course or within SABA LMS.
Also, do you know if you're viewing the HTML5 or Flash output in Chrome and Firefox? You can easily find out by right-clicking within the slide area. If you see "About Adobe Flash Player" in the dropdown menu, you're viewing Flash.
