Hi! I am working on a course that has a lot of self-reflection types of questions. One slide requires the user to click the radio buttons for the behaviors they demonstrate.
I want the user to click next and see a summary of all the items they chose- so that it is personalized.
I have tried layering the slide, adding triggers and variables and I'm not doing something right. What is the best way to go about this? File attached.
I tried to apply the same logic to this self-assessment question but the results slide is not showing only the "Never" answers.
For this I would like the user to rate themselves often, sometimes, never for each question. Then the next slide will populate only the ones selected as Never. Right now, all the answers are showing.
the initial states for the text boxes on second slide are already normal - change those in the edit states tab to hidden and then the triggers should execute properly.

Have a look at the attached and see if that's what you wanted, I fixed the logic for the first radio button (tobacco).
This is great. Thank you so much. I was able to replicate it for the other buttons as well!

Great! Thank you so much! This is my first time doing more of a self-assessment type course so I appreciate everyone's help!
