Storyline 2 - read only output error

Hi

 

Every time I try to publish something I get the error as per attachment, I have rebooted my PC, and also uninstalled and re installed Storyline as per previous threads but this has not worked either. The re installation added the latest updates so an at a loss what to do..any ideas would be welcomed

Hi Marc!  To what directory do you normally publish?  Is it your C: drive?

If you're publishing directly to a shared or network drive, there might be other processes in that environment that are tripping up the publishing process.

If you are publishing locally, can you try making a copy of your file with a slightly different name?  I'm not sure if there is a local file back-up, or anti-virus process that could be running in the background touching the file and causing this trouble.

Let me know what your process is and if those ideas help!
