Storyline 2 reporting passed not complete to Moodle

Hi,
We have a problem with Storyline 2 content sending passed / incomplete back to Moodle instead of complete/incomplete.
Several courses published from SL2 do not send the complete message back even when they have been published with that setting. We tried the same course published from both versions - results below:

We have a temporary workaround in marking the course as completed in Moodle by using passed - but this is not a proper long term solution.
Any thoughts please

Hello Karl,
You can check this course on the SCORM Cloud, the industry standard for testing, to see if you get the same result.
You can also look into the information here on troubleshooting your LMS.
And hopefully others familiar with Moodle may be able to chime in with ideas.
