Here's the .story file...when I publish it, load it to my server, and view the HTML 5 version on an ipad or any browser I get a blank screen when I click "Review Quiz". I need this to work on an ipad per client request.
It looks like you may have attached the published zip file here. Could you attach the original .story file instead? That way we can take a look at your settings. Thanks!
This is definitely a puzzle. I published your file and uploaded it to Tempshare. In HTML5, clicking Review Quiz seems to cause the slide to disappear. This doesn't seem to be happening in Flash.
I imported your project into a new Storyline file, but that didn't solve the issue. From here, I'm going to share this with our Support Engineers. They'll test your file and reach out to you via email. Be on the lookout for a message from Support@Articulate.com.
I see you already beat me to it, Julio. Thanks for opening a support case and attaching your file (01074210)--that's a good start. I'll be sure to update your case with my test results. You'll hear from someone on the team shortly!
FYI: I built the quiz to automatically jump to next slide without them clicking a "Continue" button on the correct or incorrect remediation layer, which was a request from the client. I believe this is the cause of the issue of the "Review Quiz" button not working in the HTML5 output. I created a separate quiz with a "Continue" button on the correct and incorrect remediation layer and it seemed to fix the "Review Quiz" button on the HTML 5 output. The only problem now is that client doesn't wan't the user to click on a "Continue" button after they answered the question, but this the only way I got the "Review Quiz" button to work.
Question for your Support Team:
Is there any other way to have them advance to the next question without having them click a button to go to the next question, and still have the "Review Quiz" button work when working with a question pool??
I attached a simple quiz with a "Continue" button on the correct or incorrect remediation layer, which fixes the Review Quiz button in the HTML5 output.

Hi Julio
Is it not working just in preview or when the module is published? which browser are you viewing the published output in?

I'm viewing it from an ipad and also viewed it on Chrome, Explorer, and Firefox. I'm also pulling from a pool of 20 questions.

Hi Julio
here are the supported browsers for SL2 html5 output - so it should be working on the ipad and in Chrome.
What trigger do you have on the review quiz button?
Can you share the .story file? If not here in the forum you might want to submit a support case.

See if this works for you. I set the feedback to none for your quiz questions.
Thanks Russel that fixed it!!
Glad to hear it, Julio! Thanks Russell for popping in here to help. 😀
