Storyline 2 - Send e-mail to Many?

Great question, Kyle! 

If I understand you correctly – you can have multiple email addresses in the hyperlink that opens a new mail message. You'll simply need to separate each email address with a semi-colon (without any spaces).

So I tried this and during my test I received the e-mail. (I used 3 addresses)

Now When I choose my board of governors, tried it and the message stays in my outbox on my iPhone.  

Maybe I added a space in there. 
I am re-testing soon

Cool thing is it works, The bad thing is you get a weird pop-up each time you try and send the e-mail. (attached)

What happens if you send the email? I haven't seen that pop up before, but it does look to be coming from the email client vs. the Storyline file.

Were you trying to use an email distribution list vs. an individual email? 

I was able to send the e-mail. I just receive that nasty popup each time.

I am sending to 12 e-mails at once.

Hm, it's odd that the popup keeps appearing but it's a bit outside my realm of expertise! Perhaps your IT team has ideas based on your server and device you're using?

It looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if needed by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response. Here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.

Well it's just the iPhone settings. 
I am sending through Gmail and not using anything else.
