hey, When i'm trying to close a tab in the software my computer stucks. it also stucks sometimes after i just open my file (only my specific project not new project). Is this problem is file problem, computer or software's? When i worked on this file from another computer it worked ok. I think something wrong with the specific file im working on, can it be?
If you feel like the course may be corrupted, I would advise to import the file into a new one and proceed. However, since you mentioned it worked as expected on another computer, I'd lean toward the software installed on your computer experiencing the issue.

i just worked on updated file (we worked on the same one and changed it a bit). It worked perefectrly until i pressed the "x" button to close the tab...and it stck again.
Since you're still having issues after repairing Storyline, I would recommend reaching out to our Support Engineers as a next step. They'll be able to dig into your system a bit more to find out the cause of this problem!

I tried repairing and it doesn't work...
So, it's just one file that is causing an issue for you Israel?
Did you attempt to import the project into a new file to see if that worked well for you?
