We have developed elearning course using Articulate Storyline 2 and published it with both options (check boxes) HTML5 and the Articulate Mobile Player marked/selected. However the course does not redirected to the Articulate Mobile Player and nor it is played in the Google Chrome browser (Please see screen shot attached) on the Android device (Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 - Android 4.4). Could you please help us on this.
Would you be able to share the file privately? You can send it here. It would be easier to troubleshoot if we can check the publish settings and test on an Android device.
