I can see the timer with those numbers when I enabled it on the Results slide, set the time to zero and the timer format as "elapsed out of total" - but I can't get it next to the title within the player. Could you share this .story file with us so that we could take a look at your player set up?
Hi, I have the same issue, with a Storyline file developed by an external person. Can I get rid of the time which is showing (00.00 / 00.00), and if so how?
Did you import in a Presenter/Quizmaker file as Josh did? You could try deleting the results slide and adding a new one or importing the entire element into a new Storyline file to reset it and stop using the Presenter player files.
I'm not sure the exact steps that Frances went through or if she's still subscribed to this forum - but you could look at removing the existing results slide and adding a new one or using the steps here to use a different player.
Happy to hear it and just an FYI that responding via email includes your signature here and you may want to edit the page to remove that if you don't want it publicly.

Just realized what I did...I imported my player xml template used for Presenter. I forgot that Storyline doesn't typically include the elapsed time.
Thanks!
Whew - thanks for the update Josh! I was really trying to figure out how that happened!

Yes, thanks it was an issue with the player. I have changed the player and the (00:00 - 00:00) after the title in the player has now gone. Many thanks
Thanks Frances for the update and glad this thread helped you out.
Hi, how did you change the player to remove the time?

Thank you, that worked!
