Storyline 2 Trial Version Training Videos do not work

I get the same behaviour with this error message. I know they have worked in the past as I have accessed them from the opening screen.

I didn't have any challenge accessing the videos from the icons at the Storyline Start page - but just in case, I wanted to share the link below for the set of videos that do include the training files. You can access them all here, and please feel free to let us know if you need anything else.
